This is now my favorite video from you. No joke. Those made my mouth water and I’m craving those delicious enchiladas! Outstanding cook from top to bottom. Really loved the homemade enchilada sauce and I agree with the tomato paste addition. To me, tortillas are tortillas lol. It’s what’s inside that counts.
