Rib Tips Smoked On The Weber Kettle

Rib Tips are often considered the castoffs from trimming down Spareribs to St. Louis Cut Ribs. But don’t let their size and origin fool you into thinking they cannot be some great eats. In this video I apply a generous amount of rub to some Rib Tips and smoke them up on the Weber Kettle using cherry wood. Finishing them off with my Homemade Root Beer BBQ Sauce delivers a pile of porky goodness to rival any full rack of ribs.
