1.1 kg American Porterhouse Steak being prepared in Cast Iron. The Tenderloin part of this steak is worth every Dollar and leans already towards medium rare. The taste of the Bourbon Whiskey is best described as “funky” and has a strange Coca-Cola-ishness to it. It’s an interesting change from regular Scotch whisky. Even though Knob contains 50% of alcohol it doesn’t has a strong bite to it so there no need water it down to 40%.
