Today, I’m making Memphis-Style baby back ribs on the Fire Escape.
Rub Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Paprika
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Old Bay or Celery Salt
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
2 Teaspoons Sea or Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
Mopping Sauce Ingredients:
1/4 Cup – 1/3 Cup Apple Juice
2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Dijon or Yellow Mustard
