Holiday Smoked Ham

Ham can be prepared anytime of the year and not just the holidays!!! Try my technique out and let me know what you think about it. There ain’t nothing like and moist, sweet, savory bone in ham right off the smoker and especially on that holiday table or just because!! This is not a raw ham I used but a pre cooked 21 lbs ham that was store bought. Try this for added flavor.
