3-2-1 Method Pork Spare Ribs

The 3-2-1 method of cooking pork spare ribs is something I have been looking forward to trying out. I decided to do it this weekend since I was feeding a group of people and had plenty of time to do it. This method calls for cooking at 225° for three hours, foiling the ribs for two hours, and then basting with sauce and cooking unfoiled for an additional hour totaling six hours.
