Texas Style Beef Ribs

Texas Style Beef Ribs on the El Rey Smoker. Thanks to Snake River Farms for hooking us up with the massive Beef Ribs! This is how you do it right here! We wanted to test out some flavors, so we hit one with SPG and Texas Beef and the other with Cow Cover Hot and Texas Beef. These things turned out ridiculous. The bark on them alone was crazy. Watch as the knife just falls through that buttery meat.
