Wagyu Porterhouse Steak – on Charcoal

Grilling heavily marbled, fatty Wagyu beef on charcoal can be tricky, as the fat will render soon and drop into the flames and start burning. To avoid that flames will burn your steak, you can either place your beef further away from the fire, or you let your heat source not reach a very high temperature, so consequently less fat will render and drop into the flames.
Grilling time: about 4 minutes each side
Seasoning after cooking: salt, pepper, mustard
