Wagyu Burger | Juicy Lucy
|Special Sauce Recipe
– 1/2 Cup mayonnaise.
– 2 Tablespoons ketchup.
– 2 Tablespoons pickle relish.
– 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar.
– 2 Teaspoons sugar.
– 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
– Dash of lemon juice.
– Salt and pepper, to taste. (We used SPG)
Wagyu Juicy Lucy Recipe Directions:
1. Split 1 pound package into 4 squares.
2. Form the patties.
3. Stuff them with two slices of Velveeta Cheese.
4. Rub down with SPG.
5. Set cooker up for indirect.
6. Cook them on the backside of the grill grates.
7. Cook bacon and toast the Brioche Buns.
8. Add sauce, lettuce, onion, patty, bacon, pickles, and some more sauce.
