Smoked Chicken Wings
Chicken Wing Sauce Recipe
Peach Sauce
– 1/4 cup of Peach Jalapeno Rib Glaze
– 1 cup of Peach Habanero Sauce
Cherry Sauce
– 1/4 cup of Cherry Apple Habanero Rib Glaze
– 1 cup of Cherry Habanero Sauce
Smoked Chicken Wings Recipe Directions:
1. (Optional) Mix 3/4 cup of Chicken Soak to 1/2 gallon (64 oz.) of water. Shake well. Let the chicken soak for 6 hrs. Rinse excess off thoroughly after soaking.
2. Coat wings with Olive Oil.
3. We rubbed them down with our new SPG Rub.
4. Mix it all up in a bowl.
5. Put wings on the smoker.
6. After 15-20 minutes give them a flip.
7. In 30-45 minutes they should an internal temperature of 165° F.
8. Dunk wings in sauce and back on the smoker. (Throw them in a half pan and mix it up. A lot easier.)
9. After a few minutes of letting the sauce tack up, pull those wings off.
10. Serve with Blue Cheese or Ranch. (You won’t need it)
