Planning & Schedule:
06h45m – Start your smoker or barbecue. Set it at 160 degrees Celsius or 325 degrees Fahrenheit
06h30m – Start trimming your brisket and rub it with mustard and the barbecue rub.
06h00m – Place your brisket on the smoker
01h00m – Spray the brisket when the core temperature has reached 88 degrees Celsius or 190 degrees Fahrenheit
00h30m – The brisket is finished when the core has reached 93 degrees Celsius or 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Let the brisket rest for 30 minutes before slicing
