Definitely not a Bacon Explosion! Taking another look at the BBQ Fatty, stuffed with leftovers, and Cabot cheese to make a mid-week dinner a little more easy. Beginners BBQ Recipe! The Bacon Explosion has been around for several years now and I have successfully avoided making one on the Cooking Everything Outdoors show. I just couldn’t add anything more to a great idea, so I thought I would scale it down a bit for dinner. Using leftovers and country sausage, this BBQ Fatty becomes and easy dinner to make that everyone will love. A little help from my friends at Cabot Cheese helps too! Smoked on the Grill Dome.
