Pub Cheeseburger

Recipe For Beer Cheese for Pub Cheeseburger
20 oz grated cheese of your choice
8 oz cream cheese
12 oz beer
2 oz GQue the rub

6oz 70/30 patty Chuck/Brisket grind
cooked to medium on the ballistic griddle in bacon grease
Bacon slices cooked on the ballistic griddle – cook them about 75% of the way through them move over to the greats – season with Gque BBQ the rub

Cook Burgers until 90% done then add cheese and steam to get the beer cheese to melt all the way. Grill off pretzel buns so they get nice toast to them. Top with your favorite toppings, I used Green leaf lettuce, Tomato, pickles & Pickled onions and onion rings on this burger.
