1st: cook your ribs at 225°-250° for more tender & smoke.
2nd: stand your ribs up when cutting them apart, it’s easier & cut every other bone joint.
3rd: please sharpen that knife, it will make cutting easier & safer. Anyway man hell of a good job on smoker & ribs.
