Kamado Joe BBQ Smoked Chicken Leg Quarters

Marinate 2 to 4 Chicken Leg Quarters for at least four hours or overnight in an entire bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing

Preheat your grill to 275-300°F and add a couple chunks of smoke wood to the fire. Prepare the grill for indirect cooking.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and season with Kamado Joe Poultry Seasoning or your favorite seasoning blend. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 175°. When the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 155-160 degrees, baste the leg quarters with your favorite barbecue sauce!
