How To Make Candied Bacon
Ingredients:
– slices of bacon
– 1/3 apple cider vinegar
– 2/3 brown sugar
How To:
– Mix the sugar and the vinegar
– lay out the slices
– Render of the fat untile the bacon is almost hard
– Mob with the syrup every 5 minutes until you get a nice thick coating with caramelized syrup.
