HONEY GLAZE:

– 1/2 cup Orange Juice
– 1/2 cup Apple Juice
– 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
– 1/4 cup Honey
**Whisk these ingredients together over medium heat until it comes to a low boil. Then reduce the glaze for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.**

SUGAR BLEND:

– 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
– 1/2 cup Sugar in the Raw
– 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
– 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
– 1/2 tsp Paprika

Baste the outside of the ham with the glaze. Apply the sugar blend. Now, it is ready for the smoker!

Maintain a temperature between 275-300 degrees. Place the ham on the smoker and check every hour (applying more glaze and sugar when necessary). Entire cook takes about 2.5-3 hours. The ham needs to reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees before serving. Once it has reached this temperature, allow it to rest for about 5-10 minutes, and then you are good to go!
