One easy way to grill a ribeye steak on cast iron. Cutting the steak one inch thick allows for smaller more affordable portions.
Some will argue how ridiculous this is. Part of the awesome flavor is lost because the dripping fat isn’t able to vapourise on the flame and the smoke isn’t infused into the steak. Also never close a lid when BBQing, because you are then partially roasting the meat.
