How to Grill Buffalo Wings

How to Grill Buffalo Wings

Ingredients:
Chicken wings
Butter – I prefer Kerrygold salted butter
Franks Red Hot Original
Tabasco Sauce for heat
Blue cheese salad dressing
Sea salt or Kosher salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Olive oil
Carrot (cut into bite-sized strips)
Celery (cut into bite-sized strips)

Directions:
Cut whole wings into Buffalo-style by running a knife between the drumette and the flat of the wing
Add olive oil, salt and pepper

Preheat Weber Q for 10-12 minutes and scrape grates clean.
Add wings.
Close lid and grill over direct low heat.
Every 8-10 min, check on wings and give them a turn.
Wings will be crispy between 40 – 50 minutes total cook time.

Sauce:
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a pan.
Add 1/2 bottle of Franks.
Add several dashes of Tabasco for heat (to taste)
Stir

After 40-50 minutes total cook time, remove wings from Weber Q and place directly into pan with Buffalo sauce.
Stir and shake to get sauce over all of the wings.

Serve with carrot, celery and blue cheese dressing.
