Hey everyone! Thanks for your patience and all of your support. In this video We tackle the debate of should you cook your briskets with the fat side up or the fat side down. Whats your preference? We conduct the most scientific test to show which one is better.. (okay maybe not so scientific lol) We also show how we choose our briskets and wood from the store and demonstrate how we like to trim our briskets.
