Easy Basic BBQ Grilled Pork Chops
The Wolfe Pit shows you how to make BBQ Grilled Grilled Pork Chops. This is a very simple, basic version that is very moist, tender and delicious!
“Looks good, but here is a suggestion. I marinate mine in S&P O and G powder with Worcestershire and teriyaki for 3 hrs. When I put my meat on the grill I pour the leftover marinate into a cup with the same amount of A1 steak sauce and brush it on the meat while cooking….I should have mentioned, the 3 hrs is for think cuts. I for a normal 3/4 cut chop, 1 hr should be fine.” – maconsumner
“Oh nice, Larry! Thanks for the terrific tip to let the barbecue sauce caramelize on the outside of those juicy-in-the-inside pork chops! I never would of thought of that. Great job!” – Juanelo1946
