Dyer’s “Deep Fried” Hamburgers! (103 year old recipe!)
We will never match the great Dyer’s burgers but we had fun! Dyer’s dinner in Memphis Tennessee is know for using the same grease to deep-fry their burgers for over a century! We don’t have a batch of grease with that much flavor but we had fun trying to do the same style of cooking, and made some burgers!
