Looks fit for a caveman.  Get curing salt from a butcher’s shop. The prague powder give them a bit of color.  Just set it up for indirect cooking. Heat on one side and the meat on the other.

Juicy turkey with a delicious hickory smoked skin that is absolutely delicious.

Everyone loves eating one like a caveman without a fork.
