Country Ribs with Dr Pepper BBQ Sauce
This is a nice sweet BBQ sauce, and you don’t have to use dr. pepper, you can use Coke,or Root Beer,any sweet caramel soda pop.I guess Sprite would work as well. For the sauce you will need :
2 cups of ketchup
1 cup of molasses
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup pineapple juice( the kind without th pulp)
4 or 5 cloves of Garlic minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ginger
2 cups of dr Pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Mix everything in a sauce pan and heat until reduced by 1/2
