Brisket Smoked On The Weber Kettle

With a 13 lb USDA Prime Brisket on my hands, I decided to fire up the Weber Kettle using the Slow n Sear and smoke this beautiful cut of beef after seasoning with a Coffee Cocoa Rub. Using some Post Oak for smoke, the finished brisket had an amazing bark and was as tender and juicy as any I’ve made.

Coffee Cocoa Rub Ingredients

1 cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Ground Coffee
¼ cup Cocoa Powder
3 TBSP Kosher Salt
3 TBSP Cracked Black Pepper
1 TBSP Paprika
1 TBSP Chili Powder
