Homemade recipe for making bourbon marinated beef jerky and finish it off with some Mango Habanero Texas Rib Candy glaze.
“Yes, cooler temps outside will help greatly. Also, if I do this snake method again, I will put water in the pan so the meat doesn’t overcook on the coal side of the WSM.
