BBQ Pulled Pork Slow Cooker

I had to come back and say, HOLY %$#%!!!! This was the best thing I have ever made, we could not stop eating it!!! I made it for dinner, then we had it for breakfast, then for lunch again….That coleslaw, amazing, I whipped up a second batch because I love it so much! I think you changed my life with this one….off to try more recipes. I did not get a pressure cooker, I have a tiny galley kitchen, so I really have to keep my inventory limited, I used my LC dutch oven, I had a 3 1/2 pound pork shoulder and I cooked it for 4 1/2 hours in the oven after searing, melted in our mouths, just delicious, thank you!!! ” – Jackie Degackie
