Bacon Bomb Explosion – Video Recipe

Everyone seems to come up with their very own version of the Bacon Bomb Explosion.  I must say they are all fantastic and good work well done.  The one that impresses me most is this one by the “Aussie Griller”.   Use the slow indirect smoking method and keep the internal at 170F for 3~3.5hrs.

Easy to follow and nice to crunch.
