BabyBack Ribs Smoked and Deep Fried

Season ribs with rub of your choice. Let sit 3 to 4 hours. Smoke ribs at 225 for 3 to 4 hours. Leave a little tug from the bone. Mix 3 eggs and 3 tablespoons of milk or water. (egg wash) Season flour with salt and pepper to taste. Soak ribs in egg wash then dredge in flour and repeat one more time. Fry ribs until the crust is browned to your liking.
