The SRP Belly Pork Plait..A simple but stunning pork product for slow roasting, grilling or BBQ. A great original way to prepare pork belly, that looks superb on the plate, and tastes amazing, juicy and tender..One of my own original creations too.
You can get Colemans yellow mustard in little tins of powder too. Using an oil or beer/cider works wonders for pork, apple sauce too. You could buy yellow mustard seeds and grind and sieve the powder (use a blender) .
