BBQ Pork Belly
Pork belly! When I finally got one I looked around for a recipe, looked at Ballistic BBQ, Malcolm Reed,TRoy Cooks,BBQ Pit Boys, and some others , and cobbled this together from all of them.Took a razor blade cut into the skin, rubbed it with Weber Chicago Steak seasoning, put a bunch of veggies and apples and garlic in a pan and viola! BBQ Pork Belly!
