BBQ Fried Ribs
Plain old Fried Pork Ribs ain’t good enough unless ya hit ’em first with some smoke. Watch the BBQ Pit Boys “low and slow” some St. Louis-style cut Spare Ribs, and then fry crisp them up just before serving. Add a side order of deep Fried Onions and a pile of Slaw to the plate and now we’re talkin’ some real good eating at the Pit.
