How To Brine and Smoke A Whole Turkey

Great for Christmas dinner.

There is no reason to follow an exact recipe for a turkey brine. All that you want to do is make sure that whatever ingredients you use for your turkey brine are packed with flavor.

The ingredients used for the turkey brine were:
* 1 Sliced Orange
* 1 Container apple juice concentrate
* 1 Cup Brown Sugar
* 4 Tbsp Salt
*1 1/2 Tbsp Garlic
* 3 Tbsp Rosemary
* 3 Tbsp Oregano
* 3 Tbsp Thyme
* 3 Tbsp Onion Powder
*6 Bay leaves
* 3 Oz Honey
