These grilled chicken legs are awesomely tasty. Period.
This might be an old video recipe. But like the saying goes, the older the recipe, the better it is.
As an additional variant, I used teriyaki sauce and it worked like a charm.
“Really late reply but since no one mentioned, you use a brush to get a more even coating of sauce. That way you don’t have a lot in one area, barely any at the other. It makes it easier when grilling so you don’t have huge burnt spots and then other spots that are dry or have no sauce 🙂” – heavyq
Tip: Using a thermometer is smart when doing up legs because of the larger bone in the meat. And, searing and then “indirect” keeps those legs moist and tender. -BBQ Pit Boys
