Chicken for dinner is one of the most common meals in just about every house. And Grilling is one of my favorite ways to cook chicken. Here I show you how to grill off chicken breasts, getting those very cool looking grill marks and developing a flavorful exterior, while still making sure the inside is tender and juicy.
Like most chicken breast recipes, the key here is to use really high heat to sear off the chicken, cooking it quickly so it does not dry out, and getting that great slightly charred flavor. I’m simply cooking the chicken with salt, pepper and olive oil, but it’s the same cooking techniques for marinaded or spice rubbed chicken.
