BBQ Pork Belly with crispy crackling is a wonder cooked on the BBQ, you get the crunchy smoky crackling and some juicy pork. There’s not many things that are as good, here I cooked up a pork loin with skin on with direct heat from the side to set the crackling, and then moved the pork to the indirect side of the grill to cook the pork slowly. I also cooked up some wonderful roasties and crilled courgettes.
