These delicious steaks require few ingredients. Just make sure to use freshly cracked pepper and these steaks will surely delight both you and your guests.
These steaks were 1 1/2 inches thick before they were cooked, so cooking them at 115 degrees F and then doing a 3 minute sear on each side, brought the steaks to around 135 degrees for a medium rare which is how I like them. If you want a medium steak, just cook to about 120 degrees before searing them. The searing should bring them up to around 135 -140 degrees for a medium steak.
