Lamb Loin Chops Recipe
This lamb recipe has a very Greek-style to it. These lamb chops are loaded with tenderness and flavor. Be sure to get the loin chops versus regular lamb chops.
For the cooking process, do what is called a reverse sear. This pellet grill is to set the low start temp which is 225 for the lamb loin chops.
Haven’t had lamb in a ling time! Looks delicious! A must do for Valentine’s!
