Smoked Rib Eye Roast

Ingredients:
Rib eye – 1,5 kg
Lemon – 1 piece
Garlic cloves – 4
Thyme – 6 stalks
Rosemary – 6 stalks
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper – to taste

How To:
002h15m – Start your barbecue and set it to smoke at 160C or 320F
01h30m – Trus your ribeye
01h20m – Chop your spices fine and stick them to the roast
01h10m – Smoke the ribe eye until the core reaches 54C or 130F
00h10m – Let the rib eye rest
00h00m – Enjoy!
