Smoked BBQ Beef Chuck Roast (Pulled Beef) – “Texas Style

This is my recipe for “Texas Style” Smoke Beef Chuck Roast (Pulled Beef) using DW’s Original BBQ Rub and cooked on my Weber 26″ Kettle Grill. I smoked it for 6hrs @ 250 – 275 Degrees
