Liempo Siu Yuk Lechon and cracklin
This is a fantastic recipe for crispy roasted pork belly. BBQing the old school way as well! Putting heat to the charcoal first and added them to the grill.
There are many different recipes for making crispy pork belly like, Liempo, Cracklin, Siu Yuk and Lechon, but the technique is almost the same. Here I use a simple Vietnamese recipe.
