The pure meat filling could also be more of a meatloaf type thing, the beef is pretty dense and not all that flavorful. Maybe add egg and onions sauteed in in bacon grease, or add in the bacon too. No such thing as too much bacon. I did not do the sauce (no Jagermeister), so did rum, chili powder, brown sugar, cumin, paprika, butter, salt and hot sauce. Drained the fat about 1/2 way through, but be sure to save, as you might want it for any sides. Extra sauce can be added to the remaining fat and is delicious. Used raw onions on top about 2/3 done. Bacon bottom is done, but not crispy, but still good. Add more bacon on top as in video, as it will shrink.
